For the Village Board Meeting on Tuesday, July 2nd, 2024 at 6:30pm

    Correspondence:

Any responses from the survey results letters we sent out last month?

    OLD BUSINESS

    • Mark Concilla/Code Enforcement: Any movement on getting updated software???
    • Rachel Kitchen Residence: Update on actions for the Village to take regarding Rachel Kitchen’s abandoned property.
    • Drainage culvert behind properties on West Street were successfully cleaned out by Kenyon Brothers Landscaping on Wednesday, June 19th. Restored the flow from our Village catch basins out to the Glowegee Creek wetlands.
    • Provide link to Board members to complete required annual harassment training.
    • ARPA Money: Contacted Congressman Paul Tonko’s office for assistance in determining what is covered by ARPA federal grant money and what agency do we report this to??? More discussion needed, at this meeting, to be able to move ahead with this.
    • Update on the Town’s Comprehensive Plan meeting held on June 24th, 2024.
    • Report on the street banner installation and directional pole installation. Presently waiting to get permission from the utilities to dig for the directional pole at the 4 corners.
    • Trustee Pam Hyde reports there are no street lights that are non functioning at this time.

    NEW BUSINESS

    • The padlocks were frozen on the circuit box for the Village Park and for the Auxiliary power switch at the traffic light. Called the locksmith for new locks and keys. I will now be able to contact a new electrician and be able to give him & the fire dept. the new keys to the circuit box and the traffic light. We need the new electrician to cap off the ceiling light inside the large gazebo for safety reasons.
